We provide house-calls for our adult patients. Please contact your HealthWise Primary Care Physician to request a House-Call.
Electronic Medical Health Records
All of our patient visits are recorded and stored securely via an Electronic Medical Health Record. This provides our physicians with better access to your record and improves the efficiency of appointment requests, prescription refills and registration. It provides our patients with convenient access to educational materials, newsletters and payment processing. Most prescription orders are sent directly to your pharmacy. This reduces the possibility of medical errors due to handwriting illegibility. Lab and x-ray results are expedited for our physicians review. HealthWise protects medical information with a secure data exchange as required by HIPAA.
Currently our patients can request a non emergent appointment under the “Contact Us” tab on our main page and on individual practice pages. In the future, once the member portal button is activated, our patients will be able to book appointments on their own, utilizing their provider’s schedule and designated appointments set aside for this purpose. In addition, you will be able to email your provider, directly, with specific health-related questions about your treatment.
